Mods to Notice 15 and Calendar as follows :

1) Number of races per round = Both semifinal and final will be played as "best of 7" ( team who reached 4 races won , wins the round)
2) Semifinal starts at 00,00 ( GMT+2 ) of 17-04-2008 and has the deadline at 23,59 of 23-04-2008
3) Days 24/25 and 26-04-2008 will be taken by committe for any protest solving.
4)  Final starts at 00,00 ( GMT+2 ) of 27-04-2008 and has the deadline at 23,59 of 03-05-2008

Sono apoportate le seguenti modifiche all'avviso 15 ed al calendario :

1) Numero di regate per fase= sia le semifinali che le finali saranno giocate "al meglio delle 7 gare" ( il team che ragiunge per primo le 4 vittorie parziali , vince la fase)
2) Le Semifinail iniziano alle 00,00 ( GMT+2 ) del 17-04-2008 e terminano  alle 23,59 del 23-04-2008
3) I giorni 24/25 e 26-04-2008 saranno riservati al comitato per la risoluzione di eventuali proteste.
4)  Le Finali iniziano alle 00,00 ( GMT+2 ) del 27-04-2008 e terminano alle 23,59 del 03-05-2008.

Quarter finals and semifinals will be raced as "best of 5" ( the team wich reach 3 points wins ) teams will have usual a week to complete flight. Finals will be raced as "best of 7" ( the team wich reach 4 points wins ) teams will have 10 days to complete flight.
Team "A" will choose courses for races 1-3-5-(7) , team "B" will choose courses for races 2-4-(6) and will choose all its courses for first; courses can be choosen from the whole WTRC 2008 courses pack and team "B" must choose different courses.Those are the limits in choosing :
I) A team can only choose a windstrenght ONCE
II) All wind strenghts must be used at least ONCE
III) A team can only choose a map ONCE
IV) A combination of a wind and map choosen by a team , cannot be choosed again.
This update overwrite all other articles about this argoument in S.I.

I quarti di finale e le semifinali saranno corsi "al meglio delle 5 gare" ( il team che raggiunge per primo 3 punti vince) i team hanno la solita settimana per completare il proprio volo. Le finali saranno corse "al meglio delle 7 gare" ( il team che raggiunge per primo 4 punti vince) i team hanno 10 giorni per completare il proprio volo.
Il Team "A" sceglierà i percorsi per le gare 1-3-5-(7), il Team "B" sceglierà i percorsi per le gare 2-4-(6) e sceglierà i suoi percorsi per primo; i percorsi potranno essere scelti nell'intero elenco dei percorsi ufficiali del WTRC 2008 , ovviamente il Team "B" dovrà scegliere percorsi diversi. Questi sono i limiti nelle scelte :
I) Un team può scegliere una intensità di vento UNA SOLA VOLTA.
II) Tutte le intensità di vento dispnibili devono essere scelte ALMENO UNA VOLTA.
III) Un team può scegliere una mappa SOLO UNA VOLTA
IV) Una combinazione tra intensità di vento e mappa , scelta da un team , non può essere usata nuovamente..
Tutte le intensità di vento doranno essere scelte almeno una volta e non più di due volte.
Questo aggiornamento sovrascrive ogni altro articolo inerente questo argomento nelle I.R.

Preghiamo tutti i responsabili dei team di procedere alla verifica dei propri risultati e della propria posizione in classifica e di segnalare al comitato eventuali errori. Domenica 30 Marzo verranno stabiliti e pubblicati i turni degli ottavi di finale.

The calculation of the best fourth ranked team of all groups will be carried out by adding the points of the 5 best teams of each group; in groups with six teams , points of the last ranked team will be removed.

Il calcolo del team quarto miglior classificato di tutti i gruppi verrà effettuato conteggiando i punti dei migliori 5 team di ogni gruppo ; nei gruppi con sei team , verranno tolti i punti del team ultimo classificato.

2.2 All skippers shall use the team skins identified in the official entry list. Teams without a personalised skin or where there may be confusion during racing due to team skin colour, may use the VSKItalia WTRC08 Red/Blue skins.

Since "Chamaleon" skins ( or similar skins with colours effects ) cannot give an absolute chromatic certainty and it could generate noise in the references of opponents, committiee cannot does not allow the use of such a skin in this event.

Dato che le skin "Camaleonte" ( o skin simili con effetti di colore) non danno una assoluta certezza cromatica e potrebbero ingenerare incomprensioni e valutazioni errate nei riferimenti degli avversari, il comitato non ne permette l'uso in questo evento.

Groups composition will be obtained by the "headseries" method , considering as team general evaluation the VTC rating you can see HERE.
i.e. if there will be four groups ( A-B-C-D ) and teams are ranked 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 , and so on , this will be the distribution :

Teams not present in VTC rating will be seeded randomly. The calendar will be created by an automatic program.

La composizione dei gironi saraottenuta mediante il metodo a "teste di serie" , considerando , come valutazione generale dei team , la classifica VTC che potete vedere QUI.
Per esempio , se consideriamo quattro gironi ( A-B-C-D ) ed i team classificati come 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 e cos via , questa sarà la distribuzione :

I team non accreditato al VTC o non in classifica , verranno inseriti in maniera casuale. Il calendario di ogni girone verrà creato da un programma automatico.

The official WTRC Calendar was confirmed as you can see in left column of the WTRC 2008 home page. The time for each round is a week, except the first knockout round that is 15 days long because the presence of Easter holidays. In the next week-end the S.I. will be released.

Il calendario ufficiale per il WTRC 2008 è stato deciso e confermato , così come potete vedere nella colonna sinistra della home page dell'evento. Ogni turno consisterà in una settimana di tempo per le regate , tranne il primo turno ad eliminazine diretta che avrà a disposizione 15gg data la presenza delle festività Pasquali. Durante il prossimo week-end , verranno rilasciate le Istruzioni di Regata.
